about peter hogg of jedburgh coaches
Peter Hogg of Jedburgh was founded on 1st February 1996 by the late Peter Augustine Hogg. Peter Hogg bought out the local taxi company, which also comprised of two mini-buses, which were a 12 seat and 16 seat.
Upon seeing the potential by expanding the fleet, over the next three to four years saw a vast increase in the bus side of the business. More buses were added to the fleet. The bus fleet at the minute stands at 15, comprising of 8 seat mini-buses, 16 seat mini-buses, and then onto the bigger 25, 27 & 29 seat coaches.
This year, we have purchased our first full sized 53 seat coach, as can be seen in the photograph below.
For 2008, further purchases are planned, including a luxury 33 seat coach and a 57 seat coach.
